Omar is a key member of BBB’s management team, overseeing all human resources functions, including employee benefits programs, performance development, and recruitment. He has been a member of SDA NY for over 20 years, and is also a member of SHRM and NOMA.
Omar holds a B.S. in Business with a Concentration in Human Resource Management, graduating with honors from the University of Phoenix. He has also completed specialized coursework in Employment Law and Network Systems at NYU and DeVry University respectively. Since joining BBB in 2000, Omar has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s success, culture, and commitment to excellence.
